Please help me to correct these following sentences

According to our driver’s statement, he has returned the vehicle without any damage except for the accident occurred at the RHS door (report attached), and a small damage on the rear bumper which was occurred at your end. Our driver informed that he had noticed this damage when you had returned this vehicle after service on [date]. It was immediately notified to the driver who delivered the vehicle, and he agreed it (vehicle delivery report attached). Also, our driver mentioned that when he signed the check out document for the vehicle returned and there was no damage remark mentioned on the document except for the damage mentioned above. Also, he hasn’t received a copy of check out document and he was informed that the copy will be given later, but the document you forwarded has lot of damage remarks which is not acceptable to us. Therefore, we will not held responsible for these damages, so we will not pay this invoice.
