I must wrote a justification for my wrong action ,(I must registered one fingerprint from each participants but I registered 3 or 5 fingerprint because the color of fingerprint was not clear , and now the finance manager become angry and told to me write a justification for your wrong action in 2 or 3 line ,

Due to try for recording of clear fingerprints of work shop participants, this problem has been occurs, please give credit to one of its and ignored the others,
