We received total 12 cartons as per packing list #2232, 4534 and 6545. 4 boxes on packing list #2232 which contains tiebacks, 5 boxes on 4534 contains tassels and 3 boxes on 6545 contains accessories. As per packing list 6545, we were supposed to receive rods in box #1, endcaps in box #2, tieback hooks and holdback hooks in box #3, but no holdback were found in box #3. There was no place to keep 42 pcs of holdback hooks together with the tieback hooks in that box, but the packing label on the box shows that box contain both items. It seems that the supplier forgot to pack all the items on the packing list #6545
