Please help me to correct my sentences
Further to my leave application dated 01/5/2017. I am currently on my childcare leave which ends next week and I resume my work on 14th November, 2017.
This leave was taken due to my family issues and so I have relocated in my hometown. My daughter who is student a grade-8 is currently studying in my Hometown. In order to complete her current grade and there is no one else there to look after my daughter, I have to be with her until the last date of the current academic year which will be second week of April 2018 there after I will resume my work on May 02, 2018. Therefore, kindly consider my case on compassionate grounds, and respectfully request that you to approve my leave extension as requested.
