Please help me to correct my sentences

Dear Sir,
With due respect, this is to inform you that it is great pleasure of mine that my daughter Helen is student of IX at your prestigious institute but unfortunately, according to my work requirement that I have to shift from this city and we have already relocated to our home town, so it will no longer be appropriate or convenient for my child to study here.
Due to which she is being not able to attend the annual exam which is to be held in March so please accept it as written notification.
Hence. I am writing to request a school leaving certificate for my daughter so that, she can continue her education in her new school.
I shall be obliged to you if you will issue my daughter school leaving certificate with promotion next grade

Thanking you
