Please help me to correct my sentences
The shipment received from the overseas supplier has been iinspected and uploaded in our online catalogue last week. The reasons of delay were lack of staff in the warehouse becaus they were all busy with the project works , so we couldn't inspect the items upon arrival. However, we could manage to update the catalogue based on the latest shipments and delivery.
