Please help me to correct my sentences

Upon inspection, all the highlighted items in the attached files were found delivered, and nothing was missing in the delivery note except for the item # 32 which found to be missing from the site. There was nothing wrong in the paper work and we have delivered everything as per the delivery note provided, but we do not know how come this was missing? However, we amend the deliver note and forward to the site as early as possible

Thank you for helping me to correct my sentences. We have delivered some sanitary items to one of our customers, but 2 days after delivery, they claim that there are some items missing in the delivery and some do not match the quantity. So, we have checked the items delivered physically and found everything in order except for item # 32 which was found to be missing from the site.
