Please help me to correct my senteces

I am extremely sorry for the delay in delivery of items requested yesterday. I have just realized about your mail request only when I received a call from Mr.Gary because I was not in my seat yesterday morning and busy in the warehouse # 5. My cell phone does not have email facility, so I can't receive emails. When I am in the office only I can view emails. However, this will not happen in the future and accept my apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
