Please correct my letter of motivation. This letter is for applying a PhD program in Germany. Its very urgent . Last date is for accepting application is on 14th.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to apply for the PhD in *******. I believe my motivation for applying for this position can be better understood considering my study path so far.
I hold a three years bachelor's degree and a two years master's degree with distinction in Computer Science. I had the pleasure of doing my MSc project entitled “*****” in ****under the guidance of *******. The aim of my project was to develop required software to decode, process and analyze the voluminous data of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) and Sea Surface Height (SSH) collected by NOAA–n and TOPEX/POSEIDON satellites for Indian Ocean. Wavelet Analysis is used to study the inter-annual variability of these parameters in Indian Ocean. The outcome of my work was very promising and resulted in a paper that was accepted for the National Symposium titled ‘Emerging Trends in Meteorology and Oceanography’.
Once I completed my degree, I got selection as Junior Research Fellow for ****project in **********under the guidance of *****. The title of the project was “*******”. In this project, the Terrain Module is modified to get the better representation of the orographic features of the mesoscale model (MM5). For getting that I have developed a new smoothing technique named as one pass desmoother in Terrain module of MM5 mesoscale model. This modified Terrain module can be used successfully to any part of the world to get a realistic representation of orography. I have sent the modified code of MM5 to *****.
In November 2004, I joined in an *********project titled “*******” at ********under the guidance of ****. In this project I am dealing with Mesoscale convective systems. Tropical mesoscale convective systems and their influence on the general atmospheric circulation is an interesting area of current investigation. In this research work, the 5th generation PSU/NCAR mesoscale model (MM5), non-hydrostatic, terrain following sigma co-ordinate, used to simulate and study the tropical mesoscale convective systems. (Software: FORTRAN 77/90, GrADS and Atmospheric Data Processor).
To date my research has produced several papers, published in international journals or presented on Workshops and Symposiums. I have 9 National/Inter-national seminar papers and 2 International journal papers (Corresponding to Journal of Meteorological Applications). I am using Mesoscale model (MM5) for studying the heavy rainfall events, cyclonic events and thunderstorm events. I got good results during these works and resulted papers in different Symposium. During my work I got a chance as guest faculty for an Advanced Oceanographic Course conducted by *********** I have taken classes of MATLAB, GrADS, SURFER and GRAPHER for *********. Meanwhile I have successfully completed a certificate course in German during 2005 –2006 at ****.
My aim after completing my master’s degree was always to continue my academic studies as, I have always been an ambitious student who thoroughly enjoys carrying out research. There are several reasons why I choose PhD research. The PhD program, announced by ******** on ********, is exactly the type of reputable and challenging research program I would like to take part in. With my solid knowledge and background in Mesoscale modelling I firmly believe that I will be a suitable candidate for your research program and I would greatly look forward to being part of your team. The mental and physical hard work, which is undergone in this process to achieve something new is always fascinating, and pushes me to strive for more. My way of contributing to the research field should be useful to the scientific community and mankind. The second is the high reputation of your university for producing outstanding graduates and your close relationship with well-known global scientific institutions, which ensures that theoretical expertise, is supported by real experience. The combination of these factors makes your PhD program the natural choice for me.
Conducting PhD studies and research within the ***** group would improve and increase my knowledge and practical experience. It will be my privilege to work, develop PhD thesis and learn from professors with grate experience in theory and practice.
