Dear Mr. Alex
I am very sorry to tell you that I can not arrange my time to participate your evening course. My full-time job takes me a lot of time in the evening so I do not have any spare time to join your lesson.
As you probably know, I am an auditor and this time we call it “busy audit season”. Load of deadline to complete during busy season that keep me stay late at night in office. Recently I often absence in your classes because it is impossible to work and study in two difference places in the same time.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to delay my course until October.I will be back to normal and have more free time in the evening to join your course. Please inform me any classes are available in 2018 fourth quarter so I can register and continue my lesson and send me an email about procedure to switch my current course to the later one.
