Please help me to correct my letter
PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE

We are writing this letter to declare our interest towards your property at .......
We represent ...... group, rapidly growing companies with main activities in shipping, hotel and real estate businesses.
Currently many of our group’s services located in different buildings what courses certain inconvenience. Also we began to experience a shortage of the office space.
In this regard we started to seek for a land plot in the port area to build an additional office space for our group.
Location at ......... is ideally suits for our needs as it is near to terminal and very close to our head office. According to the detail planning we see a potential to enlarge existing building up to 15290 m2.
We consider current economic situation as an appropriate for real estate developing. In this regard we would like to ask about your plans regarding this property and discuss possible ways for further cooperation in this area. As one of the possible ways could be a sale-leaseback agreement, by which we buy the land plot with building, rent back to your company a required area and build an additional space.

Pls help me.i want to extent my leave.because i geting marrige.so i need inform my company.the company not agree to extend leave without major problem.so i ask u solution.....
