Please help me to correct my grammar error is this essay. Thank you so much

Everyone should become vegetarian because they do not need to eat meat to have a healthy diet. Do you agree or disagree ?

ANSWER:

Many people choose to become vegetarians because they believe that a vegetarian diet is better for the human body. Although I agree that eating only plant foods give us a heathier diet, I do not believe that everyone should stop eating meat in order to enjoy good health.

There are various reasons why becoming vegetarians is the choice of many people. The first reason is a vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of disease. For instance,Viet Nam is the country which has the second high rate of cancer disease in the world with about 315 people dying per day. Therefore, many people do not eat meat, especially stir-fried or deep-fried food to prevent from not only cancer disease but also other dangerous diseases which could lead to fatal illnesses such as diabetes or heart disease. Moral reason is another reason why these people propose to become a vegetarian. They suppose that it is unnecessary to kill animal for food and eating organic vegetables properly give them adequate nutrition to support their bodies. For example, raw spinach is a great source of Vitamins as well as calcium that they can eat easily with affordable price.

However, there are still some disadvantages to take into account before becoming a vegetarian. Firstly, a vegetarian diet may not provide enough calories for people to meet his or her energy needs in a hectic day. Consequently, they will feel lethargic and exhausted which lead to reduce the quality of their job. Secondly, there are more people eating meat than those who eat vegetarian diet. If you adopt a vegetarian diet, it will be difficult for you to make new acquaintances with other people who are distinct from you. As a result, it could affect to your community relations which is one of the most important factor for success in modern day.

In conclusion, although healthy, a vegetarian diet is not for everyone and there are other factors to considering to become vegetarians.
