Therefore, they will have to know about this custom if they do not want to get out of this country because of unemployment. Only a record of resigning from a firm could lead to losing their job permanently. Secondly, knowing clearly the traditions in a new country could help them prevent from some unnecessary troubles. For example, ox is known as a deity in India and Indian never eat it. As a result, if you eat the ox flesh in India, you will be likely a criminal and show the disrespect to this nation.

There are also some advantages of adopting the customs and traditions of their new country of residence. One advantage is that local people will be more friendly when they feel that the newcomers are showing respect for the local way of life. It is easy for the newcomers get mutual understanding and make a huge acquaintances with local people in new country. Another benefit is the knowledge that the newcomers will gain from blending into the community. It enables them to participate in local life and avoid social isolation, especially in festivals and national holidays.
