Topic: Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of their governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves.

There is a saying "Sharing is caring" and it never go wrong under any circumstances, especially in globalization. We are living in the world where poor and rich are still maintaining, where people are still suffering disasters and basic life condition. Therefore, there are a thousand of million dollars each year from wealthy countries to help poorer countries get over the hard time. However, to utilize the support from developed countries to other nations, there are some ways that people can share the caring to other people.

WHO is known as World Health Organization. It is a non-profit organization to help poor countries with food, medicine and all necessary goods around the world. Each year, WHO asks donation from developed countries such as America, Japan, UK, Canada, etc... to support Africa, Kenya, and other Meditereniance countries. People in those countries are suffering drought, no food to eat and don't have enough water to drink. Their governments are hard to provide education to their citizens because they are struggling in providing basic life condition to their people. Hence, they couldn't do anything except asking for help. WHO has been playing the vital role in connecting people with people. In each developed countries, WHO has the office where they can contribute dramatically in raising fund from that country itself to any nations who need help. It has been over the years WHO been a connection between richer countries and poorer countries to give help and support whenever needed.

On the other hand, the poorer countries need to take their own responsibility of taking care their citizens. Their governments need to plan to re-build the country, co-operate with other nations to support each other. There is a good example that had happened in the 90s when Vietnamese asked help from Japan in building transportation and construction. Vietnamese government sent their people to Japan to learn new technique. In my opinion, two countries are helping each other is not only for a short time, but also does it strengthen the relationship between the countries.

To conclude whether the wealthy nations should help the poorer nations in regard food and education, I strongly agree this is a must in globalization. Nevertheless, the poor countries' government also need to take their own crucial responsibility into account to develop their country.
