Please help me to correct me sentence. Where do I put comma?

A second road use notice with a list of the Road Use Agreement/Addendums to be re-issued by Tidewater will be distributed to each vendor once I review all the addendums.

Comma after ‘notice’ and after ‘Tidewater’. Some might suggest another after ‘vendor’ – but I prefer fewer to more commas.
