Please help me to correct
Now, all ATMs belonging to XYC bank up and running. I informed Mr. Alex from the IT department by phone about the situation and he will contact the ISP when he reach the office.

I assume Alex is his first name, not his family name. Where I live , we don't use Mr + first name. For eg Alex Smith, we'd say eg Alex or Mr. Smith or (in writing only) Mr Alex Smith.
