Sport is one of the things that make life more beautiful and more worthy. It is the fact, and I have experienced it by playing volleyball. Having played since secondary school, playing volleyball has still been one of my hobbies. As we all know, every sporting activity brings to the general result - making your body healthier. But I choose volleyball firstly because it is easy to play. Just catching the ball and then hit back to the rivals. This hobby keeps me fit and also cares for my health. It means that my body is strong enough to prevent not only some general sicknesses but also a lot of serious diseases. Furthermore, it usually holds me in an energetic and inspired state. I'm an optimistic person who loves the life and almost things that happen every day so much. According to a study, playing sport also gets the brain smarter. So, we should do a certain sport regularly for both our brain and body. Last but not least, the benefit that I get when playing volleyball is retaining the long-term relationship and also develop a new one with others. With these advantages, everyone should play some sport to stay healthy and have a balanced life.
