Please help me to check these sentences.

-It's very much a pity that Microsoft word can't recognize this(can i use "my" in here?Because i am taking about my problem exactly.) kind of problem.

-Can we make it two adjectives together before the noun?
e.g. I hate seeing his mean angry face.

-There are many houses which are painted in black.
-There are many houses which is painted in black.
-There are many people who are dressing in colors.
-There are many people who is dressed in colors.

I don't think you realize that black is normally considered a colour.
All clothes have some colour (unless they are transparent. ).

A more natural sentence would be

-There are many people who are dressed in bright colors.

as the subject is plural the sentence should be - there are many houses which are painted in black

the next question is also the same
there are many people who are dressed in colors

the word 'people' is plural as well as singular
