As a freelancer who works at home every day, I need the laptop to finish all my work. However, this morning, when I opened the laptop, all documents which I saved in D drive disappeared.
I have an urgent project need to be finished by the end of this week. However, all the related files that I have done for the duty could not be opened due to the problem of the laptop. I do not have any back-up files for that either. It is crucial important for me to finish the project report before the deadline or it will seriously affect to my customer’s business reputation and my reputation to my customer as well.
I trust you can empathize with my situation. Thus, I am expecting you to take immediate action by fixing the problem of my laptop tomorrow morning when I bring it to your store at 10 am.
