The charts give information about two genres of TV programmes watched by men and women and four different age groups in Australia.

REPORT:
The bar chart compares two types of TV shows in terms of the percentage of two genders and four age groups watching them in Australia.
It is clear that reality shows are more popular than game shows in Australia. However, different trends can be seen if we look at the specific figures for each group.
Australian men watch much more game shows than reality shows. According to the chart, about 60% of men in Australia watch game shows, which is twice as high as the percentage of men who choose to watch reality shows. While Australian women favour in watching reality shows over game shows, with 6 out of 10 and roughly 7 out 10 women watching game shows and reality shows respectively.
Looking at the age groups, both genres of TV shows are watched by around 50% of 16 to 25-year-old people and approximately 70% of people aged 45 and over. By contrast, people aged between 25 and 44 prefer enjoying reality shows. Roughly 40% of 25 to 44-year-old Australians watch game shows, which is almost two-third of the percentage of people at those ages watching reality shows.
