The idea that an equal number of male and female students should be accepted in every subject. I completely disagree with this view.

On the one hand, there are many kinds of subjects are only fit with male or female. Firstly, on some subjects that need to have a high physical such as mechanical engineering and construction, it is only suitable for male. There are many girls say that they can do everything as a boy, but I do not think so, because on these subjects, the girl is not strong enough to do. Secondly, on some fields, only appropriate and has been selected by women only. For example, the midwife is necessary to accept the higher number of women than men.

On the other hand, actual work required the employees to be able to respond their demand. There for, the university should be admitted candidates who are suitable for each field. For example, the number of man in engineering field always higher than that of women, in contrast, the number of the woman for journalism and administration account for the higher proportion. In these cases, the equal number of women and man is not necessary. However, there are many subjects that have the same number of male and female students, because these subjects do not depend on genders, such as health care and accounting.
