Essay:

It is controversial that changing jobs regularly is the new ticket to a greater and more satisfied career. While there are many advantages for people who stay in one job forever, I would argue that trying various jobs is much more beneficial.

On the one hand, it brings a great deal of benefits if working for the same company all the working life. Firstly, settling down a job results in a stable life. It is true that a lasting job with a hefty paycheck enables people to buy food, pay for their rent and some basic entertainment throughout their life or a big chunk of it. Futhermore, as loyal employees of the same organization, people will get the feeling of security. For exaample, when they stay in one job forever, they will know exactly what will happen in their life, how the next step would be like and the fears of unemployment also lessen in them. However, are the people in this side of the opinion making mistake between a stable job and a stable life?

While working for the same place for the entire life brings a lot of advantages, I strongly believe that staying in one job forever is the recipe for career suicide because of a bunch of following reasons. First of all, various jobs play a significant role on the process of discoering the work you love. Actually, your job is going to fill a large part of your life, so the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is is great work and the only way to do great work is to love what you do. At the beginning of your professional career, the only way to find out the work you desire is to try out a variety of different options. Secondly, changings company frequently allows workers to buld up an adaptable set of skills. It is the fact that trying new jobs, projects, contracts enable them to learn new skills, gain new expertise, develop new capabilities and grow up ther professional network, which is really the key to being able to find new opportunities whenever yu need to.

In conclusion, although a stable job for the whole working time is a better choice to many people, it seems to me that changing work organization frequently brings about more advantages.
