I speak Chinese, English and Russian, learn French, and my energy, organization and friendly interacting with customers and colleagues very often help me opening doors.

Living in Shanghai for two years, I have both studied continuously in East China Normal University and started to accumulate working experiences. I did it as a language tutor, a translator and recently in a travel industry related position, supporting international travelers in their travel and visa administration, for foreigners traveling to China and Chinese going abroad.

During the years of studying in Russia I worked in a foreign language center as an administrator. That job helped me to develop the necessary customer handling skills and to establish effective ways on how to interact with a diverse variety of people. I diffused tense customers’ situations with my authentic approach to understanding their frustrations. The majority of these customers were satisfied with the resolution and continued to study in our center, sometime even bringing their friends and relatives to join us.
