While it is important to build our infrastructure-and especially the assembly line-we need to answer some critically important questions first. For example, if we switch over to more modern machinery to increase production for Healthways, would we have to hire and train a large number of new employees quickly? If the answer is yes and we can be certain about that, then we should pursue this opportunity actively but cautiously.
Basically, I'm saying that this undertaking may turn out to be very profitable for our company, but I want to make sure that my department is ready for any employee-related changes.

Can we meet Tuesday morning? I want us to be clear about our strategy for moving forward. If you and I have a chance to talk before we meet with the CEO of Healthways, we will have a more coordinated plan of action for talking to her. Please let me know what time is good for you. Thanks.
