Please help me to check IELTS Writing Task 1 - Map

The two plans describe a health centre before and after some developments from 2005 to now.

As can be seen from the plans, the health centre has witnessed dramatic changes both outdoors and indoors over the given period.

In 2005, the entrance was located in front of the health centre, the opposite is the reception desk. There were three consulting rooms. Next to CR3 was the office which is in the north-east of the building. The
physiotherapy room was on the top right-hand corner of the plan, next to CR2. Moreover, all the seats were sorted nearby the doorways of five rooms. Outside the building was car parking and garden, the car parking had 12 spaces, directly opposite to the main entrance. The remainder of this area was the garden.

In the present day, the layout of the centre has been revised. The main entrance is relocated to the bottom left-hand corner, adding children’s play area closes to it. The office is smaller to make room for the reception desk. Three consulting rooms are converted into four rooms but smaller, those are in the east and south of the centre. In addition, a minor operations room is constructed and that is allocated to the west of the physiotherapy room. Finally, the size of the car park increased by twice with 30 spaces, the remainder outside the building is still the garden.
