Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid.

In the aid for poor nations, richer countries usually give money to them. While financial support could help in some cases, I agree that it is better to provide more practical programs like education or investment.
To start off, the developed countries could give higher educational systems for undeveloped countries. It might include building more schools and infrastructures in those nations. As a result, more children would attend school and have a decent education. By instructing the knowledge, citizens in poor countries could have more opportunities to get jobs and increase their salaries. Therefore, constructing better educational systems is a more promisingly way to help poor countries than financial aid.
Moreover, another way that the developed countries might utilise to help other nations is by investment. Based on the potential resources of local countries, the rich nations could invest to develop more local products and also improve the local infrastructure and transports. Take south of Vietnam in the 1980s for example. With the potential resources in seafood and fecund land, thanks to the help from the Netherlands and other countries in investing factories and roads, the south of Vietnam have become one of the most developed areas in Vietnam. More factories were built, more occupations will be created for local residents. Indeed, the developed countries could transfer advanced technologies to maintain the production in local factories which also lead to more job demands. Consequently, in order to solve poverty, investment is the better way to help poor countries.
To sum up, there are many programs that the developed countries could provide to help poor countries. In my opinion, education and investment are more realistic ways to assist poorer nations in coping with poverty.
