Can anyone tell me "Our salary are paid by customers" is right or wrong, and why? Please help me! Thanks...

Our salaries are paid by our customers.

It is incorrect. The word "salary" is singular, and in the context of your sentence (third person perspective), the verb form "are" should be used with a plural word. It should either be "Our salary is..." or "Our salaries are..."
