Please help me say this grammatically correct. Thank you for your help.

-I just wanted to remind you about the question I had in class yesterday. At the November reception, we would like to invite businesses who are looking for a place to located, expand, and even people who has the authority to make business expansion decision. I have to finish the invite list by the end of this week with 200 invitiees. I look forwarding to hearing from you and thank you very much for your help.

I think that "invite list" is rather slangy. I would advocate "invitation list."
