First, although the more people in the group, the more innovative and useful ideas in the process, most people's points of view are typically neglected; thus, these thoughts and methods get useless and not practical in the end.

The individuals' contribution, which is more significant and accumulates into the accomplishment in the end, is ignored or even denied. The reading passage, in contrast, indicates that team members of the team will feel better because of their voice in making the decision.
Finally, the speaker suggests that people may not care about wet her their viewpoints and suggestions have the active influence on the whole group. As we know, whether the team is successful or failed, the outcome will always be taken up by all members in the team. Thus, team members may be careless about the decision.
