Given the choice between agreeing or disagreeing the statement that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries. Some people believe that the answer is positive. However, there are another better way to improve the quality of education. There are three reasons, as stated below.

First of all, it is increasing the equipments for learning that can improve the way that the students receive more information. For example, the invention of electronic book and the internet readily available let the students only bring a light equipment but can use it to read thousands of the books. Besides, these inventions can help students solve their problem immediately without go to the library to find the answer.

What's more, it is the refresher courses for teachers that can prevent them from teaching out-of-date knowledge. Take medical field for example, cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a emergency procedure which is perform in the dying people. The details in the procedure has be changed again and again. Therefore, teacher who teach that course should care about the latest researches rather than still teach the old contents in the textbooks. Besides, they can attend the refresher courses to advance their knowledge, or government can enact law that teacher should take part in the tests for assessment of their ability every several years.

Most important, it is accepting the students’ advice that can let teachers revise their instructions to meet the students expectation. Some schools may have students fill out the questionnaires to improve the quality of education, because by that way teachers can know the instructions they teach that are suitable or not for students. In addition, adaptive learning with students’ talent can help students develop themselves based on their potential.

To sum up, increasing the teachers' payments is definitely not the best way to improve the quality of education for several reasons, among them increasing the equipments for learning, providing the refresher course for teachers, and listening to the student’ advice.
