Please help me review this IELTS task 1

The following graph plots the percentage of factors causing land degradation worldwide and below is the table which categorised the proportion of land areas destroyed by causes in certain regions in 1990s.

Taking into account the pie chart, it is notable that the most considerable problem which resulted in land degradation on Earth was overwhelming farming. In which, the over-grazing activities hold 35% of total causes while the excess of crop cultivation took 28%. Another main reason that made fertile soils unarable was massive exploitation of the world forests occupying nearly one third of total harmful events.

In terms of land degradation by region, Europe placed the first position with 23% in total areas. North America still preserved a pretty large arable land compared to other continents (only 5% versus 23 and 13%, respectively). Similar to the worldwide issue, the two reasons to which land alteration in Europe was attributed were deforestation and over-cultivation whereas over-grazing was determined the primary factor that impaired Oceania's land.
