My topic: The graph and the pie chart below give information on in-house training courses in a large financial company.
The pie chart plots the annual number of hours on four different courses including technical, interpersonal skills, health and safety, career development in a financial enterprise. The accompanying bar char compares managers versus secretary in terms of four types of attitudes to training.
In general, technical accounted for the yearly largest number of training hours compared to health and safety. Additionally, a majority of office employees and employers claimed that the training course is important for their jobs.
Regarding the training hours, a total amount of 60 hours was spent on four class, with half for technical duration, which was twofold and threefold than that of career development and interpersonal skills respectively. Health and Safety had the least duration, at 5 hours per year.
When it comes to attitude, 82% of secretary and 78% of managers found these courses crucial for their jobs. This was followed by those who thought that it was a good explanation for change, roughly 63%.
