The outdoor area of the shopping center had a lake, a pathway leading to its entrance, and trees, which partially surrounded the building, in 1982. By 2012, however, the pathway and some trees south of it had been respectively destroyed and chopped down to make way for a parking lot. Additionally, after the lake was drained, a furniture retail was put in its place.

In 1982, at the center of the building in the shopping center was an entertainment area, around which were food, sports, electronics and furniture stores, a coffee shop, lobby area, elevator, and toilets. And although the entertainment area, elevator, and toilets stayed the same, by 2012, the lobby area had been converted into an entrance, the food store and the coffee shop had been removed in order to provide space for a sports store and an electronics store, and the three stores to the right of the entertainment area had been replaced by themed restaurants and a food store.
