Please help me review my IELTS essay

Some people claim that public museums and art galleries will not be needed because people can see historical objects and works of art by using a computer. Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

It is sometimes argued that public museums and art galleries are no longer necessary as people can use computers as a substitute. While I accept that using computer of course brings various benefits, I believe that museums and art galleries are irreplaceable.

On the one hand, there are two reasons why computers are increasingly using in exhibitions. First, by using a computer to display art works and relics, museums and art galleries can show their collections to public without worring about any negative effect to those items. In fact, there are many cases that visitors inadvertantly have destroyed invaluable relics, which causes huge damage for not only museums but also the society as a whole. Second, those places can save a huge money on mantenances or professional guides as visitors can be able to use those computers to read information about relics. As a result, they can use this money to expand their exhibitions, attracting more and more people visiting there.

On the other hand, there are various reasons why public museums and art galleries still have vital role to play. One of the reasons is that professionals prefer visiting conventional places to ones using computers as it brings a sense of real. In fact, there is quite a huge difference between a picture and a photo of this picture on a computer. In addition, since museums are the places exhibiting and storaging a large number of relics, they become a perfect place for researchers to do their research. This benefits not only people who do research themselves but also the society as a whole.

In conclusion, although computers have gained in more and more popularity in exhibitions, public museums and art galleries still play a vital role in the modern world.
