In everyday life, we see numerous celebrities in different working fields such as singers and football players. Quite a few people, especially young adults are interested in their views and attitudes about various issues in our lives. From my perspective, it would be unwise to heed opinions from celebrities.

First of all, the most reliable advice on any issues must be given by experts. Due to the fact that professionals have extensive knowledge, skills, and experiences in their fields, their opinions are valuable in judging and making decisions. Those who want to seek medical advice such as disease information and drug usage should ask for doctors’ consultants. Those who want to buy a new car must pay attention to the recommendations of automobile specialists. It is very hard to believe that singers or basketball stars are good at these areas.

Secondly, most endorsements of celebrities are influenced by their managers. Given that celebrities have the ability to attract the public’s attention, people tend to believe what famous people say. Therefore, celebrities can be hired by companies to give favorable opinions about their products and services, helping them build brand awareness and generate better sales. In my country, quite a few beverage producers collaborate with football stars to advertise their products on television. Their assessments could be biased and unreliable because they are paid for these advertisements.

In conclusion, I do believe that to solve problems in areas we do not specialize in, it would be better to consult experts in those fields instead of heeding celebrities’ opinions blindly.
