Taking the advice stated in Ms. Benson's investigation report, we have again hired a pest control supplier named Pest's Expert to conduct a thorough pest control in our clubhouse on passing Sunday (relevant photos attached below), specially aiming to exterminate all the centipedes and cockroaches and the result is understood to be more than satisfactory.

Considering our clubhouse being located close to countryside where centipedes and cockroaches are always prevailing, we, apart from carrying on our above pest control works, will seek the assistance of our construction agent to suitably amend the current building structural design with a view to preventing the breeding of the dangerous insects and pests and we trust the agent will keep us informed of their progress in the near future.
