Hi. There is a sentence I am not sure about it. "That special combination could happen only by adding at least a billion tons of new methane into the atmosphere every year and at least twice as much oxygen." Does it mean it needs 2 billion oxygen to be added, or does it mean oxygen in the atmosphere should be doubled? Thanks a lot!
