Please help me letter of recommendation

Hi,
I need your help, as soon as possible.
I am from Germany and did an internship in australia.
Now my boss let me write my own letter of recommendation because he is a very lazy guy...
Because I dont be a native speaker, I think there a lot of issues with my letter.
It would be great when you could help me with some formal things.

Mr. M and I have become acquainted over the last five months in his role as a trainee at A D T Pty Ltd, Australia.
A D T Pty Ltd is a manufacturer and supplier for the stone processing industry and trade, established in 1984 and located in Heidelberg, Victoria.
