Please help me in my Ielts writing task 1, thanks in advance

The given bar chart indicates the variations among the budgets on four sections namely Machinery, Building, Staff training and Research on five separated organizations.

Overall, whereas four associations A, B, D, E allocated a majority of their spending on Building and Staff training, these two categories were given the least investment from association C. Likewise, organization B had the largest sum of money to be invested.

As can be seen from the chart, Staff training expenditure of organization was 1.9 billion euros, twice as much as that of organization E. In contrast, this category received the second highest spending of organization A, at 1.2 billion, compared to only 0.8 billion and 0.7 billion in organization C and D respectively. Budgets on Building in organization C, D, E were the same (1 billion).

Furthermore, whilst 1.6 billion of organization B was allocated on Research, consortium D invested the lowest amount of money on this section, at 0.6 billion, followed by 0.7 billion, 1,1 billion of consortium E and A respectively. In terms of Machinery, investment from organization C was the highest with the same figures for its research budget, at 1.3 billion, while that of organization E stood at 0.8 billion.
