Please help me in correcting mistakes in this letter

I am writing to you in connection with your request for evidence of English proficiency skills, and I would like to certify that my student Farooq Hussain, who is applying for Msc Psychiatry programme at your University , meets your language prerequisite.

Farooq is working in Shifa Hospital as a Medical officer for two years now in Psychiatry unit .

He has worked in an English-speaking environment since 2 years from jan 2016 to dec 2017. Only medium of communication among the doctors and the residents at work is English .

He is part of the research program and I required students to write all assignments in English . He is attending my psychiatry class . This course is entirely taught in English as well interaction with residents .

Farooq has gone through seminars, training that requires paticipation and english is medium of language.

In particular DrFarooq is showing great interest in the subject matter of the course actively participating during lectures and moreover he has already presented some topics by himself.

He can communicate and interact with foreigner patients from International NGO effectively. Farooq is able to communicate fluently and work without any doubt. His English language skills are good enough to speak with patients and understand them, how they feel and what they need. Her reading and writing skill are good as she is in contact with the patient detail constantly.
