The diagram shows the process involved in the production of frozen fish pies. Overall, there are two main phase in the process, which are the reservation of potato and the assembly stage of all four ingredients into a microwaveable container, which are peas, fish, sauce and potatoes.

In the beginning of the process, potatoes was delivered to manufacture and then it was kept in 30 days, after being put into a three different steps. Firstly, potatoes were cleaned and peeled subsequently to separate the skin of potatoes, which were place into a waste disposal. Then, they were sliced before the belt bring them to a boil tank and then chill it. The resulting potato were placed into a funnel, ready to be wrapped at the assembly stage.

At the next stage, the fresh salmon was brought from a lorry and then marinated by lemon juice and salt before they were reserved during half of a day. With the salmon in the steam oven, there were workers to remove skin and bones of, following by a quality checking by an inspector. After all the steps to prepare the raw ingredients, four of them would be assembly and wrapped, which is followed by the freezing stage. At the final stage, they were dispatched and ready to be delivered to supermarket.
