Please help me improve the letter of requesting transfer. Thanks.

Dear Mona,

I have been working at this office for three years. I truly love working at here and enjoy being with all my colleagues here, who have been very nice and helpful. However, I was unfortunately diagnosed with lung cancer in March 2017. Even though I have undergone my lung lobe removal surgery in April 2017 and subsequently been advised by doctor to try to resume my work duties last week after a six-week long sick leave, I trust that my physical and even mental conditions have been thoroughly disrupted by this horrible illness and there should be still a long long way for my full recovery.

Frankly, I would have been quite happy to stay here and continue working alongside my respected colleagues, but my current conditions hughly undermine my work capacity to manage the demanding workloads and produce as much quaulity services to the company as I used to be. For the best interests of my company and mine, I, after careful consideration, am writing to ask you for a transfer to an office in countryside near my home where the work requirements are comparably low while the environment is good for my rehabilition to avoid recurrence of cancer.

I am hopeful of you taking my physical and mental conditions into consideration to sanction my request and make suitable arrangment accordingly. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention.
