Dear Maddam,
Further to our telephone conversation last Thursday afternoon, I enclose the following chain of emails showing the ongoing intercommunication between your predecessors and me during the past two years. I would like to extend your kindness and patience towards my career planning and personal welfare. Also, I have to reiterate that my lung cancer problem is still yet to fully recover as an abnormal lymphoma reaction was found in recent medical check-up and therefore I, unlike other cancer patients who have passed the 5-year observational period, have to see the doctor on half-year basis (my nearest medical check-up falls on 6 October 2022). Meanwhile, as diagnosed by my psychiatrist recently, my depressive disorder has no signs of improvement and I have to undergo medical consultation and counselling every month. As such, I accept to be transferred out to another post shortly, but considering my uncertain physical and mental conditions, I plead to move in some posts of less stressful and I have never worked for like that of Headquaters as suggested by my psychiatrist. Certainly, I fully oblige to follow the posting and rotation mechanism and decide not to join any promotional exercises this year to uphold the fairness to other peers. I hope you and fellow managers would kindly consider my request to faciltate the recovering of the acute illnesses. Thank you for your consideration.
