Looking back my four years in this hospital, I worked in several sections, ranging from Emergency Unit to Community Relation Unit. Now, my post is at Licenses and Miscellaneous Unit and I have been playing as an inspector to oversee different types of medical license applications and handle administrative works since 2021.
Concerning this post, I have three unforgettable work experiences. First, I finished examining an application for Christmas Caroling at our hospital. The applicant finally wrote a appreciation card conveying her deep gratitude towards our endeavor to facilitate her application. Second, our team assisted several schools for cleaning works overnight during the COVID-19. Third, our team was delegated to escort lots of dead bodies from our hospital to the public mortuaries and I was even assigned to identify the person died of COVID-19 with their family members. All these cases greatly enriched my work experiences and enhanced my crisis management skills.
Regarding my career development, my supervisor offered me an invaluable chance to enroll in an intensive nursing course from 2021 to 2022. Through taking these professional training, my knowledge and vision of handling emergency cases were significantly improved. Similarly, I successfully completed all the E-Learning courses and obtained a number of certificates about self-motivation on my duties. Moreover, I passed the nursing written test in 2020 and joined the DVIU Scheme to strengthen my medical knowledge in 2022.
On the other hand, I obtained praises about my outstanding work performances from different units and supervisors during the past 5 years as I was elected as outstanding nursing staff in 2018 and as member of the excellent nursing team in 2021.
In conclusion, I enjoy my work very much and I am committed to continually safeguarding our city with professionalism, bravery and resilience and I believe that we can finally weather the storm of COVID-19 in the near future.
