Nevertheless, since your requested performance time at the main stage on 3 Jan 2023 will be coincided with a nearby music show organized by the host from 1900-2000, which probably affect your performance, would you please switch your show time, like the past practice in 2020, to 1700-1800 at the main stage or simply change it to the central lawn.
Also, considering a very tight schedule for various performing teams on 2 Jan 2023, we are only able to offer 1-hour long rehearsal session for any teams and hence please consider to reschedule your session from 1800-2100 to 1800-1900 at the main stage or preferably the central lawn.
Last, please let us know if you need to use our musical equipment on 2 Jan 2023 and 3 Jan 2023, if so, please provide us with a prior acknowledge before trying to use.
