We regret to inform you that your bid for the extension of pest control services at our clubhouse is unsuccessful and hence your existing services will come to an end, effective from 1 May 2021.

Resulting from the above situation, please, as compromised during today meeting, remove all your underground pest control devices at our clubhouse by 7 April 2021 or you are allowed to remain part of the devices at the same places subject to the concern about causing damages to the nearby trees and plants. Also, we are authorized to dispose all the remaining devices in our own ways if we don't observe any necessary reactions from you beyond 7 April 2021.
