Please help me ielts writing task 1

A glance at the line graph provided reveals information on resident in three countries who used the Internet during the period from 1999 to 2009.

It is evident that the percentage of the people who used the Internet steadily rised in each country between 1999 and 2009, with the fastest development in Canada and the lowest growth in Mexico.

In 1999, the proportion of the population had access to the Internet in the USA was highest about 20%. The figures for Canada and Mexico were at about 10% and 5% correspondingly. During 2005, Internet usage in both the USA and Canada dramatically increased to around 70% of inhabitants , while the number of Mexico just slightly grew by 25%.

By 2009, there was a significantly rapid climb in those rates. Almost 100% of Canadians used the Internet, exceeded by about 20% of Americans. The ratio of Mexico's Internet user was only half of that of Canadians.
