I am going to eat breakfast weather you like it or not. "weather you like it or not" is a part of speech but I can't remember which one.
The sentence can also be written: Weather you like it or not, I am going to eat breakfast.
I think in the first case a comma is not required, but when that part of speech begins the sentence, the comma is required, but I cannot for the life of me remember what part of speech that is.
