please help me guys :-)

i am writing a letter right now...but im very much confuse if my grammar is correct " Because the owner of the house had decided, that we are no longer allowed to use the above mentioned appliances. In Addition to that Conie and I we have been sharing a single bed for almost 4 months.

Because the owner of the house had has decided , (no comma) that we are no longer allowed to use the above mentioned abovementioned appliances. In Addition addition (no capital) to that , (comma) Conie and I we have been sharing a single bed for almost 4 four months.

Connect this clause to the previous sentence. Otherwise you have just a fragment, and not a complete sentence.
