Please help me for these transformations :

1) It is high time to improve English teaching ( change it in passive voice )

2 ) She is too opportunistic to be sincere even to herself ( remove too )

My version : She is so opportunistic that she can not be sincere even to herself.

3) His presence brightens only the dull ( make it negative )
